IMMIGRATION LAW SPECIALISTS

Citizenship/
Naturalisation

There are a few different routes to citizenship in Ireland and we have assisted many clients with these applications.  We love hearing from happy clients when they finally receive their Irish passport in the post!

We will advise you on your eligibility and the documents required for your application based on your unique circumstances.

Visa Application

Visa applications require specialist knowledge to get right the first time.  We will work collaboratively with you to build your application and increase the likelihood of success.

If your visa has been refused, we will guide you through the appeal process.

International Protection and Asylum

We have helped many clients navigate the international protection process and it is our passion for human rights that fuels us for this work.

Whether you are at the first stage of your application, in the appeal process, or have already received a deportation order, contact us for a consultation to discuss your claim and what options are available to you.

Foreign Birth Registration

You may be eligible for an Irish Passport if you have a parent or grandparent born on the Island of Ireland even if you have never lived here yourself!

We will assist you with the process from start to finish including guiding you on the necessary original documentation and setting out in your application any special circumstances of your case (i.e. adoption or change of name).

Residence Permission

A change in your life circumstances (marriage, divorce, birth of a child, loss of employment or student status) can potentially invalidate your residence permission.  This can cause problems for you now and into the future if not addressed in a timely way.

We will work closely with you to investigate your options to either retain your current permission or change to a different type of permission if you have had a change of circumstances.

Employment Permit

Non-EEA Nationals generally require an Employment Permit to live and work in Ireland.  This type of permission is a very good option for relocating to Ireland and there are also options for family members to join the employee on many permit types.

We will assist you, either from the employer or employee side, to successfully complete your permit application and advise on the next steps for coming to Ireland to live and work.
